CMI TOYOTA WINS THIRD CONSECUTIVE DEALER OF THE YEAR IN ITS 50 YEAR ANNIVERSARY YEAR.
CMI Toyota has won Toyota’s 2012 South Australian Dealer of the Year Award for the metropolitan area – for the third consecutive year.
CMI Toyota’s prestigious award, announced at the 2012 Central Region Toyota Excellence Awards black tie awards night at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Saturday 16th March, recognises the highest performing Toyota dealer in their region.
Roy Marando, General Manager of CMI Toyota says winning the highly sought-after award is not only a great honour, but to do it three years in a row is testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire family-owned organisation.
“We are delighted to win for the third year running because it proves we are relentless in our pursuit of excellence. We didn’t rest after the first win, we just kept consistently striving for more improvement and innovation,” says Mr Marando.
“It’s also great to win in the year we proudly celebrate our 50 year partnership with Toyota. It gives us yet another reason to celebrate."
The South Australian Dealer of the Year award recognises all-round business performance including customer service, sales targets, market share, training, warranty issues and inventory management.
“While our entire reason for being is to put a CMI-le on the face of our customers, there are a few big CMI-les on the faces of our proud team members here after this third-time win. It’s all credit to a brilliant team.
