It was a huge day at National Tree Day on Sunday with just over 2,500 native trees being planted.
Hundreds of volunteers turned up, including Deputy Lord Mayor David Plumridge and Crows Star Jason Porplyzia to help plant trees along the River Torrens, behind the Adelaide Zoo.
The troops were kept well fed and hydrated all day with CMI Toyota providing the BBQ, drinks and at times the entertainment too!
Thanks to the Adelaide City Council for partnering with us once again and of course a big thanks to everyone who came on the day!
