This year, 20 CanTeen Road Raise riders took on the challenge of a gruelling seven day bike ride from Adelaide to Melbourne to raise vital funds and awareness for young people who have been affected by cancer.
The CMI Toyota team were honoured to support this fantastic initiative once again in 2019 and proudly provided support vehicles for the duration of the ride.
With 1100km travelled over the week long ride, the support team who travelled alongside the riders in the provided Toyota vehicles, offered words of inspiration, food, drinks and important encouragement for those long and extreme pedal pushing days.
“We're in awe of the amazing team that took part in Road Raise 2019. Thanks to your tireless efforts, we've raised over $150,000 to support young people living with cancer.

This year the team are aiming to raise $250,000 with this amount having the potential to fund 5,000 hours of support for young people as they learn to navigate and understand cancer, connect with others in similar situations and if they themselves have been diagnosed, are provided with specialist youth-specific treatment.
