CMI Toyota was proud to again support the amazing dedication and fundraising of those involved in this year's Mercer SuperCycle - an initiative to raise vital funds for the Hospital Research Foundation.
After a fantastic week on the roads throughout regional South Australia, the Mercer SuperCycle cyclists arrived home safely on Friday April 5. The seven-day riders rode over 1,100kms, spent 40 hours on the bike and climbed 8485 metres over the week! The teams were welcomed by many of the local communities along the route, including three primary schools, bowling clubs, the Burra CFS and many others.
CMI Toyota proudly supported the riders with five support vehicles which travelled with them over the full duration of their amazing journey. It was also great to see the CMI Toyota Mercer Super Cycle team also proudly ride in their special CMI Toyota kit.
This year so far $157,000 has been raised for the Under Our Roof project to support country cancer patients and their families with donations still coming in throughout April. For your reference I have also attached the latest Impact Report on Under Our Roof.
