CMI Toyota's Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

At CMI Toyota, the wellbeing of our guests, team and the wider community is paramount, particularly during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

We want you to know that we are open and continue to provide vehicle servicing, sales and repair in ways that prioritise your health and safety. This includes adopting best-practice measures such as increased cleaning and hygiene in our showroom and service, guest lounge, washrooms and office areas, plus continuing to offer our CMI Home Drive option and Order & Collect services.

Whilst you are at our dealerships, you will be required to wear a mask. If you do not have access to one, we will have disposable masks available at reception.

Our customer facing staff will be required to wear a mask and all staff will be required to wear them in public common areas such as our customer service lounges and showrooms.

When you enter our dealerships, we require you to check-in via the COVID QR codes located at our entrances. Manual check-in is available at reception.

We understand that in the current environment, some people may not feel comfortable to visit our showrooms. Your safety and peace of mind is one of our highest priorities and to ensure we can continue to assist you, whether it's for a test drive or if your car is due for it's service, we are continuing to offer the following complimentary services.

CMI Home Drive

With CMI Home Drive, we'll bring the car of your dreams right to the front door of your home or office at a time of your choosing. Our team will ensure that the vehicle's high touch areas are fully cleaned and sanitised before we hand you the keys to take your new car through its paces. 

The test drive will be undertaken without your salesperson in the car to ensure we are continuing to practice social distancing. Rest assured, they will be able to answer any questions you may have after your test drive, or why not connect your phone to BlueTooth (where possible) during the test drive so that they can talk you through and introduce you to many of the vehicle's features.

Service pick up and drop off

If your vehicle is due for its service, we're happy to pick it up from your house, conduct the vehicle's service and drop it to your home or workplace once completed*. Our team are ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standard before your keys are handed back to you.
