PURCHASE ANY ELIGIBLE VEHICLE DURING THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD FOR YOUR CHANCE TO WIN $1,000,000 CASH.
Promotion starts 9.00am Thursday 5 November 2026 and ends 5.00pm Thursday 31 December 2026.
All entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over. To enter, an eligible entrant must, during the Promotional Period, place an order for an eligible new, used or demo vehicle purchased at CMI Toyota Adelaide, CMI Toyota Cheltenham or CMI Toyota Christies Beach, sign the applicable vehicle order or sale agreement, pay the required deposit and complete and submit the Promotion entry form. Entry is free. Unless otherwise approved under the Promotion lottery licence, one entry will be issued for each eligible vehicle order. Fleet (Silver and above), Government and rental vehicle purchasers are excluded.
The entrant is responsible for ensuring that their details are correct on the vehicle order and associated Promotion entry form.
Entrants must also provide final payment, take delivery of the vehicle and see out any applicable statutory cooling-off or contractual money-back guarantee period without cancelling or terminating the purchase to claim any prize. Where delivery is delayed for reasons beyond the finalist’s reasonable control, prize payment may be deferred until delivery and expiry of any applicable cooling-off or money-back guarantee period.
The Finalist Draw will be held at 5.30pm on Thursday 31 December 2026 at CMI Toyota Adelaide, 152 West Terrace, Adelaide. One finalist will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, under the supervision of an independent scrutineer. Each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.
The finalist will be invited to attend the Prize Determination Event at 5.30pm on Thursday 7 January 2027 at CMI Toyota Adelaide, 152 West Terrace, Adelaide for the chance to win $1,000,000 cash. If the finalist is unable to attend the Prize Determination Event, they may appoint a proxy or representative to attend and select an envelope on their behalf. At the Prize Determination Event, the finalist will be presented with 100 sealed envelopes and required to select one envelope at random. One (1) envelope will contain a $1,000,000 prize and the remaining ninety-nine (99) envelopes will each contain a $10,000 prize. The finalist therefore has a 1 in 100 chance of winning $1,000,000 and a 99 in 100 chance of winning $10,000. The selected envelope will be opened and its contents verified in accordance with the Promoter’s prize verification procedures. The prize identified in the selected envelope will be awarded to the finalist. The finalist is guaranteed to receive at least $10,000 but is not guaranteed to win $1,000,000.
Prize payment will be made within 48 hours after completion of the Prize Determination Event or, if later, satisfaction of the above prize claim requirements, by deposit into an ADI account in the winner’s name.
Promoter is Commercial Motor Industries Pty Ltd, 152 West Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000, ABN 56 007 526 963.
The finalist will be notified by phone and within seven days in writing. Following the Prize Determination Event, the winner will be notified in writing of the amount won and payment arrangements. The winner’s last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the CMI Toyota website within 30 days after the Prize Determination Event, subject to the approved publication requirements.
If the selected entrant cannot be located after reasonable attempts, is ineligible, has submitted an invalid entry or the prize otherwise remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw may be conducted, subject to the lottery licence and any required regulatory approval, at 5.30pm on Thursday 14 January 2027 at CMI Toyota Adelaide, 152 West Terrace, Adelaide. The replacement finalist will be notified by phone and within seven days in writing and will participate in the Prize Determination Event.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical or communications failure or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may suspend, modify or cancel the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval.
