As a valued guest, supplier or friend of CMI Toyota, we want to provide you with further information following the State Government's recent announcement to close all non-essential businesses due to COVID-19.
Please be advised that from 6pm, Tuesday July 20 all CMI Toyota locations will be temporarily closed in an effort to maintain the health and safety of our staff and guests, and minimise the transmission of COVID-19.
Our team will be working to ensure that all of our directly affected guests are contacted by phone to work out alternative arrangements. We are committed to ensuring there is as little inconvenience as possible during this time.
We have also included further information below to assist with any questions you may have during this time.
SERVICING
At this time, our service department will be temporarily closed from 6pm, Tuesday July 20. If you have a pre-booked service, you will be contacted by our team shortly, if not already, to postpone the booking.
EMERGENCY VEHICLE ISSUES
- Whilst we are closed, if you have a mechanical safety issue or are deemed an essential service, please call our West Terrace service team on 8238 5533 so that we can make arrangements for you where possible.
- If you have an emergency or breakdown please call 8238 5533, and a member of our team will look to assist on an individual basis where possible.
SALES
At this time, we are unable to welcome you to our showrooms. You are welcome to browse our extensive range of new, demo and pre-owned vehicles and submit your enquiry online. You are also able to reserve any of our pre-owned vehicles with a deposit and also purchase a new vehicle with our online Order & Collect service.
If you currently have a vehicle order with us or are waiting on the delivery of your vehicle, your salesperson will be in contact with you shortly to advise of an updated delivery time.
PARTS & ACCESSORIES
At this time, our parts and accessories showrooms will be temporarily closed for retail sales from 6pm, Tuesday July 20.
However, our parts teams will be able to service our mechanical and trade parts customers who are permitted to open under the current restrictions. Please contact your CMI Toyota parts representative for further information and to order any parts required.
