2026 Training with the Crows Nights
The excitement was back this year as our much-loved Training with the Crows Nights returned, giving young footballers from local clubs the unforgettable opportunity to train alongside some of their favourite Adelaide Crows players.
Held at Henley Sharks Football Club, Cove Football Club and North Haven Football Club, the training nights brought together junior players, families and footy fans for an evening packed with new skills and fun. The training sessions allowed aspiring footballers to learn directly from AFL players, gain valuable tips, and experience the thrill of sharing the field with their sporting heroes.
Be sure to watch the video below to catch a highlight from each of the training sessions and relive some of the best moments from the nights.
Adelaide Crows Players Inspire the Next Generation
At each club, young participants were given the rare opportunity to take part in a hands-on training session led by Adelaide Crows players. From skill drills to football tips and on-field guidance, the sessions offered invaluable learning experiences for junior players looking to improve their game.

At Henley Sharks Football Club, juniors were excited to train alongside Callum Ah Chee, Sid Draper and Dan Curtin, who shared their skills, experience and passion for the game. The players took the time to engage with participants throughout the session, creating memorable moments both on and off the field.

The North Haven Football Club session featured Ben Keays and Luke Nankervis, who took time to connect with young players and share their knowledge of the game. At Cove Football Club, participants were joined by Jordan Butts, Brayden Cook and Reilly O'Brien, who helped create an exciting and engaging training environment for all involved.

Adding even more excitement to the evenings was everyone's favourite mascot, Claude the Crow. Claude brought plenty of energy to each event, joining in selected training activities, posing for photos and delivering countless high fives to delighted young fans. His appearance was a highlight for many of the junior footballers and added to the fun, community-focused atmosphere of the sessions.

Autographs, Photos and Special Memories
Following the training sessions, players and families had the opportunity to meet the Adelaide Crows stars up close. Juniors eagerly lined up to have footballs and Adelaide Crows posters signed, creating keepsakes they will treasure for years to come.

Many young fans also took the chance to snap photos with their AFL heroes, sharing special moments and creating memories that extended far beyond the training field. Events like these play an important role in strengthening the connection between grassroots football and the AFL, inspiring young athletes to continue pursuing their passion for the game.

A Sweet Finish to an Unforgettable Evening
As if training with Adelaide Crows players wasn't exciting enough, participants were treated to a delicious surprise at the end of each event. Our team was on hand to hand out tasty Balfours donuts, providing the perfect way to wrap up a fantastic night of football and community fun.
Thank You to Our Local Football Clubs
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Henley Sharks Football Club, Cove Football Club, and North Haven Football Club for welcoming us into their training sessions and helping make these events possible.

Training with the Crows Nights continues to be a wonderful way to support local football communities while creating memorable experiences for young players and their families. We hope everyone who attended enjoyed the opportunity to learn new skills, gain valuable footy insights, and spend time with some of their favourite Adelaide Crows players.
We can't wait to do it all again next year.
